We transform today's waste into tomorrow's resources.

Vacuum evaporators are a technologically advanced solution for the valorization of industrial wastewater, allowing companies to reuse their wastewater, recover raw materials and ensure compliance with current regulations.

Every day, we help companies to look further ahead and to choose intelligent solutions that respect the environment without compromising efficiency or productivity.

Our technologies for the vacuum evaporation of aqueous solutions allow us to recover and reuse, transforming the concept of waste into a value, contributing to a more sustainable future.

The VNT series is available in two configurations: single boiler, which uses the heat pump principle to ensure efficiency and low consumption, or double boiler, where a split refrigeration system uses the high-pressure side for boiling and the low-pressure side for recondensation, achieving energy savings of up to 45%.

Vacuum evaporators with total elimination of the liquid.

The “ES” series allows us to obtain a concentrate in the form of dry sludge/crystals in the boiling chamber, and a distillate that can be recycled back into the industry. Volumes processed 100 – 1000 liters/d.

Hot water or steam-fed vacuum evaporators for energy saving and for treating large volumes.

Alternative energy sources (including methane, LPG, steam, exhausted pomace) can be used to produce hot water or steam to be fed to the ME Multiple Stage series. Volumes processed up to 50,000 liters/d.

Vacuum evaporators with a higher concentration.

This evaporator guarantees a higher concentration of the liquid being treated, thanks to a wall scraper system with a lower blade driven by a gear motor. Volumes processed up to 1500 liters/d.
